Elizabeth McGinley is a Field Specialist in Nutrition and Health Education. McGinley has been with the University of Missouri Extension since 2024. She has 10 years of work experience with the University of Arkansas System Cooperative Extension Service in Northwest Arkansas as a Family and Consumer Science County Extension Agent. She holds a master's degree in human environmental sciences and a bachelor’s degree in the same field, with a major in Human Development and Family Studies and a minor in Communications, both from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. She is excited to join MU Extension to educate, create, and connect all ages with the essentials for a healthy life.
