Stay Strong, Stay Healthy

Build strength to stay active and healthy

Led by trained instructors, our Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) program focuses on functional movements that support your everyday life. In hour-long classes held twice a week for eight weeks, you'll experience a workout that includes a warm-up, easy-to-follow strength exercises and a cool-down. With a focus on safety and gradual progression, we help you to improve your strength, balance and flexibility in a supportive group environment.

We provide a sturdy chair and weights for in-person classes. All you need is comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. We also offer virtual classes if you have access to similar equipment at home. You'll receive an exercise guide to continue your progress outside of class, ensuring your fitness journey doesn’t stop when the class ends.
