Tentative schedule
- 9 a.m. Youth Equine Fine Arts, Public Speaking and Demonstration Contests
- 12:30 p.m. Exhibitors pre-show clinics MFA, Mathewson, Coliseum Arenas
- 5 p.m. Youth Equine Public Speaking and Demonstration, Fine Arts, and Poster Contests and Missouri State Fair 4-H/FFA Horse Show Exhibitor Dinner. Open to members and their families participating in the equine contests on Wednesday, July 26 or horse show exhibitors. - 7 p.m. All arenas open for riding.
Prizes will be awarded for each division. The winning senior speech and demonstration may qualify to compete at Eastern National Horse Roundup.

Public Speaking and Demonstration Divisions
This event is only open to Missouri 4-H members. Registration should be completed in 4-H Online between June 1 and July 19, 2023. Regular registration will run from June 1 to July 12 — cost is $25. Late registration will run from July 13 to July 19 — cost is $40.

Fine Arts and Poster Divisions
This event is open to youth enrolled in both Missouri 4-H and Missouri FFA. Registration should be completed in 4-H Online between June 1 and July 19, 2023. Regular registration will run from June 1 to July 12 — cost is $15. Late registration will run from July 13 to July 19 — cost is $20. Registration fee is per youth, not per item exhibited.
