Freeze It!
In four weekly hands-on sessions in our Freeze It! program, you’ll learn safe, research-based techniques for freezing foods, which will help you cut down on food waste, stretch your grocery dollars and enjoy your meals safely.
Alzheimer's Association
In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association of Missouri, MU Extension Health and Human Science specialists can teach 10 of the Alzheimer's Association programs. These programs aim to help people understand Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias as well as how to live with the disease.
Little Roots, Big Harvest: Homesteading Together
Learn homesteading skills like gardening, making cleaning products, animal care and food preservation—blended with wellness, safety and sustainability—in-person and online.
Wits Workout
Engage in brain-boosting games and discussions to enhance memory, focus, and social connections in a fun, supportive group setting.
