Dr. Tanika O'Connor-Dennie is a poultry nutritionist and multidisciplinary animal scientist with more than 15 years of experience in livestock production, animal nutrition, and climate resilience. As Managing Director of Farm and Animal Nutrition Solutions Limited (FANS Ltd), she works across the Caribbean to develop sustainable, science-based solutions that improve animal productivity, feed efficiency, and agricultural resilience.
