This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 4 of the Show Me Nutrition Fourth Grade curriculum. The Nutrition Facts label provides information about a certain type of food per serving, including calories, fat, fiber, sodium and some vitamins and minerals. This newsletter encourages children to learn how to read the Nutrition Facts label in order to make good, healthy food choices.
