This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 1 of the Show Me Nutrition Fourth Grade curriculum. Grains, fruits and vegetables contain important nutrients that can help keep us healthy. This newsletter reinforces the importance of consuming a variety of whole grains, fruits and veggies to stay healthy. Two easy-to-prepare recipes are included, along with some suggestions on how to move more and be active.
