Jaymie Mitchell is a Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) and Senior Procurement Consultant with the Missouri APEX Accelerator, where she has served since 2018. She brings several decades of private sector experience spanning business development, marketing, operations management, and proposal management across a wide range of industries, including munitions manufacturing, civil engineering, construction, environmental remediation, finance, information technology, hospitality, recreational ski areas, and commercial fishing.
