This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 3 of the Show Me Nutrition Fifth Grade curriculum. Reading the Nutrition Facts label is important when considering which foods to purchase at the store. This newsletter provides tips on making it easy to read nutrition labels and plan ahead to ensure you are getting foods high in nutrients and low in calories, fat and sugar.
