If so, consider joining MU Extension field specialists for an afternoon of presentations, field demonstrations, and discussions centered around native warm-season grasses, which can be high-quality perennial forages.
Through the course of the event we will cover topics like:
- "Choosing the right native grasses for your farm and how to get them established"
- "Growing native grasses specifically for seed production and sale"
- "Harvesting and cleaning native grass seed"
This event is entirely free to attend, and snacks/drinks will be provided.
