MU Extension specialists are hosting a multi-location workshop to discuss all facets of land leases for agriculture use. 

Topics of discussion include:

• how to establish good communication
• landlord and tenant relationships
• pasture lease must haves
• leasing beef cows
• land lease basics
• written vs oral leases
• components of a lease
• how to properly terminate leases.  

This workshop will be held at 1:00pm at the Taney County Extension office on January 16th, 2025. 

The workshop fee is $5 and can be paid online or at the door. Coffee and snacks will be provided!
