Vitamins, Minerals and WaterSarah Wood

This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 4 of the Show Me Nutrition Third Grade curriculum. Vitamins are good for overall health in many ways. In this newsletter, families are encouraged to choose vitamin-packed fruits and vegetables and calcium-rich foods. The importance of water is also highlighted. A recipe for fruity water is included in this newsletter.
