St. Louis native (Overland) with B.S. in forest management from Mizzou ('76), M.S. in forest genetics from Mizzou ('78), and Ph.D. in forest genetics from Purdue University ('86). Professional experience in forest genetics, woody plant propagation, nursery management, greenhouse management, developing forest management plans for private woodland owners, forest pathology, and urban tree care. Fellow and Certified Forester with the Society of American Foresters.
