Charles Holland has been with the University of Missouri Extension for eight years as a Business Development Specialist, headquartered in the Monroe County. As business development specialist, Charles works with businesses in all stages of growth, from startup to succession. Services include professional analysis, business counseling and training seminars on the latest business trends or concepts. Charles serves Monroe, Shelby, Knox, Marion, Lewis, Clark, Ralls and Pike counties. Charles is currently a member of the University of Missouri Extension integrated program team developing and facilitating health care information education for small businesses. With eight years of experience in the private sector as an owner of a logistics company that was a customs bonded carrier, Charles is also on the International Trade team that assists businesses with exploring and developing plans to start exporting.
