This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 6 of the Show Me Nutrition Third Grade curriculum. Body clues are important for overall health. In this newsletter, children are encouraged to pay attention to their body clues, which help indicate hunger, thirst, fullness, sleepiness and more. Tips for recognizing and responding to body clues are included, as well as a recipe for Fruit Fizzy drink.
