This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 6 of the Show Me Nutrition Third Grade curriculum. Body cues are important for overall health. In this newsletter, children are encouraged to pay attention to their body cues, which help indicate hunger, thirst, fullness, sleepiness and more. Tips for recognizing and responding to body cues are included, as well as a recipe for Fruit Fizzy drink.
