This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 5 of the Show Me Nutrition Third Grade curriculum. Knowing how to read and use the Nutrition Facts label on food items helps people make healthier food choices. This newsletter explains how to read the label with children and how to use the information to make healthy purchases. A Nutrition Facts label diagram is included.
