This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 3 of the Show Me Nutrition Third Grade curriculum. This newsletter focuses on fats and how to enjoy foods that are reduced fat and fat-free. It also provides tips on how to make better choices when ordering fast food and tips on incorporating physical activity into each day.
