Join us at the Wurdack Extension and Education Center for a day of learning about annual forages and how they can be used in beef operations.
Topics will include summer and winter annual forage choice and animal utilization, economic considerations surrounding annual forages, how drones can be used to help plant and manage forage crops, and other topics including weather trends in the Ozarks and new and upcoming agroforestry crops and practices for southern Missouri.
This event is free and lunch will be provided.
The event will be held on October 1st and begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends after a tour of the center with lunch.
