Join us for a farm field day at Happy Hollow Farm, LLC. You will have the opportunity to get practical recommendations from Liz Graznak on how to implement practices to grow healthy and safe produce.
You will learn about the laws in the United States that regulate the production of safe and healthy fresh fruits and vegetables. We will talk about the basic principles to identify contamination routes and risks on your farm. You will witness first-hand examples on how the farm minimizes contamination risks to offer safe products to consumers
This event is made possible thanks to the collaboration between Missouri Farmers Union, Happy Hollow Organic Farm, Missouri Rural Crisis Center, and MU Extension.
In the event of inclement weather, check for an email on Sunday June 7th by noon for additional information.
