Join us for the Chicken Processing Skills Program. This hands-on of class in Ozark County, MO, covers home chicken processing basics: foundational steps, equipment, and food-safety practices for processing chicken for home use and includes kitchen-based skills to turn whole chicken into convenient, ready-to-cook products; food will be Alpha-gal friendly.
Registration is required.
