This course identifies best practices to safely and effectively manage fires in residential dwellings, commercial building, high-rises, places of assembly, vehicles, and in the wild.
Show-Me REDI will help prepare women in Missouri to take on public office through two tracks: one for those involved in appointed seats and one for those who want to run for an elected position, with the ability to opt in to both.
This self-directed course includes eight modules developed for self-directed learning within our 4-H experience. The modules focus on 4-H projects within all project subject areas organized by modules. Module topics include projects in the following areas; Clover Kids, Shooting Sports, Engineering and Technology, Environmental Science and Natural Resources, Plant and Animal Science, Healthy Living, Leadership and Personal Development as well as Communication and Expressive Arts.
This is a 16-week course describing the systems approach to managing a pasture-based dairy.
Participants will have a better understanding of how a grazing dairy operates with the cow-forage-people structure using a systems approach. Topics include genetics, herd health and reproduction, nutrition, soils, forages, infrastructure and business.
