Urban West Region
Urban West Region 4-H Camps
As America's largest youth development organization, 4-H offers youth, families and adult volunteers of all ages many ways to engage, grow and serve through clubs, camps, contests, conferences, special interest groups, in-school and after school programs, and more! It is about young people making new friends and memories while preparing to be future leaders. Urban West region consists of Clay, Jackson and Platte counties. The region has a diverse community of youth building life skills, contributing to their community and becoming college and career ready.
Our team of 4-H youth leaders, volunteers and staff are eager to provide a fun, rewarding experience for the youth in our region. As we monitor COVID-19 in our area and examine the ability to provide a safe environment for our participants, we ask you to be open-minded and fluid as dates and locations are subject to change. As of June 1, camps will follow local ordinances related to event restrictions, face coverings and social distancing.
We value youth leadership! To learn more about how youth ages 12-18 can be involved, see Camp counselor info.
