• Water Supply Operations for Suburban and Rural Firefighting

Whether your department operates from a pressurized water source or not, this course will be a benefit for you. This course will provide participants with a discussion and hands on experience in the movement of water from the source to the fire ground in a safe and efficient manner. Participants will perform practical evolutions including the operation of floating pumps, portable pumps, folding tanks, tanker trucks and supply pumpers, as well as associated tools and appliances. This course was designed for either initial instruction or as a continual education refresher.

Special requirements

  • NFPA 1971 compliant firefighting ensemble, including turnout pants, coat, boots, helmet, gloves, and eye protection.
