This two-day workshop addresses the planning and operations of an effective donations management system to ensure efficient use of undesignated donations and spontaneous volunteers during a disaster in conjunction with Voluntary Organizations Active in Disasters (VOAD) and State and local government. State and local leaders within government and VOAD organizations who have responsibilities in the donations area are encouraged to attend this important course on planning and operating the donations management function.
