This course is designed to teach knowledge and skill components of fire behavior. Students shall be able to explain the science of fire behavior as it relates to recognizing stages of fire development, rapid fire behavior, and firefighting operational safety. This can be used to provide refresher training, address specific needs, or combined with other modules and courses over time to deliver a comprehensive overall Firefighter I and II training program.
