The focus of my programming targets preventable hospitalization through instructing empowerment and life skills in nutrition and exercise science. I provide courses in strength training, tai chi, chronic disease self-management, stress management, diabetes mellitus self-management, healthy cooking on a restricted budget, food safety in home food preservation, Serv Safe Food Service Managers certification, and facilitation of community partnerships for effective policy, system, environmental change.
