Jackie has over 20 years of experience working in community, economic, and business development in northwest Missouri, with eight years in executive leadership positions for two non-profit organizations. Her program experience includes emergency management, transportation planning, workforce development, community and occupational safety, community and strategic planning, and community resource development. In her current role, Jackie works on a variety of community development programs, including Connecting Entrepreneurial Communities, Neighborhood Leadership Academy, and the Engaged Neighbor program. Jackie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art and Design from Iowa State University, and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
