While milk price is on your mind, due to the market downward shift, its the perfect time to learn about how to read reports to protect your farm's profit moving forward. Most milk contracts are made more then a year out. After learning what reports to stay in touch with, and the information you need from your farm, you'll be ready to study.

By tracking well in advance and studying trends, you'll be ready to 'pull the trigger' at the right time for your farm operation.

In addition to milk contracting, attendees will also learn about "unborn calf" insurance options that will protect the awesome pay price we are currently receiving for week old babies.

Knowledgeable partners from Specialty risk management and Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) Risk Management Team are scheduled to come and enlighten the group on risk management tools to help hedge the markets

Cost: Free

All genders are welcome to the meeting, but RSVP is required for meal.
