This two-day, high-impact program equips supervisors with practical tools they can use immediately to lead confidently, strengthen relationships, and support consistent performance, regardless of where or how their teams work.

DAY 1 — Monday, March 30, 2026 • 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. C.D.T.
Morning Session: Lead With Your Strengths (8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.)
Great supervision starts with understanding how you work at your best. Using your CliftonStrengths 34 report, you’ll explore your natural leadership tendencies and how they influence your approach to problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and team culture.
You’ll learn to:
- Recognize your leadership patterns under pressure
- Leverage your strengths to guide your team
- Adapt your style across different roles and work environments
Pre-work: Complete CliftonStrengths 34 and bring your report.
Afternoon Session: Build Trusting, Productive Relationships (1:30–4:30 p.m.)
Strong relationships are the foundation of effective supervision, whether you work side-by-side with employees or coordinate across locations or shifts. This session focuses on building trust, credibility, and meaningful connections with the people you lead.
You’ll learn to:
- Strengthen trust through consistency and clear follow-through
- Support psychological safety and a culture where people speak up
- Navigate different personalities and work styles
- Build cohesion across on-site, hybrid, or remote team members
DAY 2 — Tuesday, March 31, 2026 • 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. C.D.T.
Morning Session: Communicate Effectively & Navigate Conflict (8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.)
Supervisors communicate up, down, and across every day, often in fast-paced environments where clear direction matters. This session builds practical communication skills for giving instructions, addressing issues early, and resolving conflict constructively.
You’ll learn to:
- Communicate across different personality and work styles using the True Colors model
- Recognize early signs of tension and know when to step in, when to coach, and when to let employees resolve issues themselves
- Have difficult conversations with confidence
Afternoon Session: Set Expectations & Coach Your Team to Success (1:30–4:30 p.m.)
Clear expectations and consistent coaching are essential to helping employees succeed, no matter where they work or what kind of work they do. This capstone session brings together all the skills learned across the program.
You’ll learn to:
- Set clear, actionable expectations people can follow
- Reinforce performance standards and accountability
- Diagnose performance gaps accurately (skill, clarity, or motivation)
- Coach employees using simple, practical frameworks
