Quality for Keeps:  Home Food Preservation focuses on safe and correct food preservation methods in the home setting. This "Harvesting and Storing Produce" workshop will:

  • Review the importance of safe produce harvesting, 
  • Identify the proper storage conditions for produce to maintain its quality, and
  • Provide a hands-on opportunity to prepare produce to best retain its nutrients and enhance flavor.
