The American Lamb Consumer and Producer Workshop is organized to achieve several key goals: to educate consumers about the nutritional benefits and versatility of American lamb, to increase local consumption, to connect potential consumers with local producers, and to strengthen the local market for American lamb. Additionally, the event aims to expose youth to the versatility of American lamb, fostering future interest and engagement with this valuable industry.

  •  Elisabeth Fostich (Fostich Farms, Edwards, MO) – The Power of Storytelling in Marketing Grass-Fed Lamb: Strategies for Success

Scholarships: : Scholarships will be provided for the first 20 FFA/4-H members. To apply for a scholarship, register online and select the FFA/4-H Option.
