Join us for the Pulaski County Community Walk, hosted by University of Missouri Extension, and Pulaski Health Department as part of the statewide 100 Miles, 100 Days initiative.

Taking place around the halfway point of the challenge, this free, in-person event is a fun and encouraging way to celebrate your progress, connect with your community, and stay motivated to keep moving through the rest of the summer. Whether you’ve already logged miles or are just getting started, everyone is welcome. The walk is open to all ages and abilities, and participants will have the opportunity to meet others taking part in the challenge, explore local trails or parks, and pick up helpful tips and resources to support their health goals.

The Pulaski County Community Walk will be held at the race route of the 9th Annual Ultra Sweaty 6 - Hour Endurance Run.

A 1-mile loop route will be marked for the community walk.

Learn more about the Ultra Sweaty 6-Hour Endurance Run at their website.

Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water with you.

If you haven’t already, be sure to register for the statewide 100 Miles, 100 Days program to start tracking your activity and receive weekly motivation. Then sign up here to join your local Pulaski County Community Walk—we can’t wait to see you there!
