Health Information for Men

Life expectancy for American men has been falling in recent years, widening an existing gap in the expected lifespans of men and women.

Our Health Information for Men (HIM) program aims to help change that. Through lessons that cover the latest findings on health-related topics ranging from hypertension to sleep, HIM provides the information men need to improve their health.

Men’s health affects an entire family, not just men. Join HIM and take a step toward a healthier lifestyle that will benefit everyone.
