Falls Free MO Coalition members
As Missouri’s falls prevention coalition, we aim to provide a framework, infrastructure and guidance that can be shared with local coalitions and communities collaborating to implement falls prevention interventions.
Our coalition is facilitated through the Healthy Aging and Fall Prevention Work Group of the Missouri Council for Activity and Nutrition (MOCAN) and brings together stakeholders, organizations and people with lived experiences in the community to advocate and disseminate resources to help care-partners, physicians, local organizations and individuals in healthy aging.
