How to Apply

To apply for admission, follow these steps. Select each step for details and read further down the page for more information and program policies.

To ensure both steps are completed in a timely manner it is recommended to allow roughly one hour to complete the entire process.

Complete our online application. Applicants will select the course and location for which they are applying within the application.

IMPORTANT! Your application is not considered complete and will not be reviewed until both the application and entrance exam have been successfully completed.

The Entrance Exam is completed through CANVAS. Applicants should follow the link to the exam page and pay the non-refundable $50.00 examination fee to gain access to the exam.

Entrance exams are automatically graded once submitted.  Applicants will have 2 attempts at the exam and must achieve a minimum passing score of 70%.

If after 2 attempts, the applicant is unsuccessful, additional attempts at the exam may be opened after paying another $50.00 fee.

Faculty review applications and entrance exams on a weekly basis. Program selection is based on first come first serve and continues until the class has reached capacity.

Upon receipt of both the application and entrance exam, the information is reviewed for completeness.  Applicants successfully completing both steps are then notified of acceptance to the program.

NOTE: Applicants can expect up to a 5 – 7 business day waiting period before receiving communication on acceptance.

Waitlist Information:
If a cohort reaches its seat capacity, applicants will be notified that they have been added to a waitlist. If a seat becomes available, an acceptance is then offered according to a list.

NOTE: The waitlist is organized by the completion date of the last successfully submitted document (application or entrance exam). Applicants who remain on the waitlist will have the option to attend the next available Program.

Once an applicant is accepted to the program, an email notification is sent requesting confirmation of their acceptance and intent to attend the program.

Confirmation of acceptance includes:

  • Responding to the notification email
  • Submitting the $250.00 seat deposit (non-refundable)
