Certificate in Supply Chain Management

100% online certificate program

The noncredit certificate in Supply Chain Management is a unique, interdisciplinary offering from the College of Engineering and Trulaske College of Business. Through this two-course certificate, working professionals obtain the fundamental knowledge needed as preparation to transition into their first supply chain role or to complement the transition into a new supply chain function. In both cases, completion of the noncredit certificate program can enhance your professional mobility and preparation for most any supply chain role.

Pathways

The certificate program may be accessed by individuals in two different platforms: as a for-credit, stand-alone graduate certificate through the MU College of Engineering, or as a noncredit certificate program through MU Extension. The content of the certificate program is the same, high-quality content in both platforms, no matter how individuals access the certificate.

The online, stand-alone, noncredit certificate in Supply Chain Management takes eight months to complete. Individuals will receive nine continuing education units upon completion.

Current degree-seeking Mizzou students are not eligible for the noncredit certificate. Current Mizzou students should speak to their academic advisor about for-credit options.

More information on the for-credit Graduate Certificate in Global Supply Chain Management is available at Missouri Online.

Testimonials

“My experience as a first-time online course student with Anthony Ross and the Purchasing and Supply Chain Management course was excellent. Mr. Ross’s lectures were very real world and very easily relatable to the topics we were covering. It did not seem scripted or as though it was being taught from a book, but more so of being taught to us in real time. He was able to bring in real life situations when a few of the examples were a bit dated to really solidify my understanding of the material.”

“As of right now I am currently not in a Supply Chain role at work, but I have been able to discuss with my Supply Chain manager of some of the different practices and mindsets learned throughout the course on a few supplier situations and issues we are currently having. Overall, I think this was a fantastic course that was educational and eye opening to the world of supply chain outside of my normal four walls.”
