Food Processing and Safety Lab services:

Analytical testing: Testing of of raw and finished food products includes pH, Water activity, Total aerobic plate count, Molds and yeast, E. coli/coli form, Salmonella, Environmental Listeria, Lactic acid bacteria.
Price: $10 – $25 per test ordered.

Nutritional facts labeling: For complete list of ingredients.
Price: $100.

Process authority review services: The process authority will review formulations and processing of acid and acidified foods before issuing a Process Authority Letter.
Price: $200 – Missouri customers, $300 – Out-of-state customers.

Duration for all tests and services: 2-3 weeks
