Join us for an intergenerational program for older adults and kids! Each group will learn a physical activity which will improve their health, mood, and more. The goals of the program are to have fun, enjoy gentle exercise, and learn from each other!
The Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention program is designed to improve multiple aspects of health through slow, gentle movements that can be practiced almost anywhere. The degree of exertion can be easily adjusted, making this program suitable for adults of all levels and abilities.
The 4-H kids' yoga can improve flexibility and balance, enhance strength, boost self-esteem, and improve attention and relationships.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30p- 5:30p September 9 through October 30
