Strength in Numbers: Empowering Group Leaders to Inspire Healthier Communities Are you a group leader, program manager, wellness coordinator, or club facilitator in need of reliable, engaging health content for your members? Strength in Numbers is a free, ready-to-use program designed just for you. Each month, you'll receive a high-quality health lesson—delivered live via Zoom or through a recording—to share with your group. These lessons are paired with handouts, discussion prompts, and practical strategies that promote real lifestyle change.
Whether you lead a community club, older adult living facility, faith-based group, or wellness initiative, you can easily integrate these monthly health lessons into your regular programming.
How it Works:
- Join a Live Zoom Training (or watch the recording at your convenience)
- Present the Lesson to your group (yourself or via the recording)
- Distribute Handouts and encourage discussion and goal setting
- Report Back monthly with attendance numbers, questions, and stories
Leaders who participate regularly and submit monthly reports are entered into prize drawings as a thank-you for their partnership!
Topics Include:
- Heart Health Stress Management
- Mindfulness
- Chronic Disease Control
- Sleep Habits
- Budget-Friendly Wellness
- Physical Activity Tips
- Healthy Eating …and more!
Together, we’re stronger. Together, we build healthier communities.
