Classes meet every Monday and Thursday from 9:00 - 10:00 am CST.

Join Stay Strong, Stay Healthy - Level 3 to build the strength you need to stay active and healthy as you age. Our online classes, held twice a week for eight weeks, include a warmup, easy-to-learn strength exercises, and a cool-down led by trained instructors. 

Participants must have their own set of hand and ankle weights. Participants are asked to be able to get to and from the ground to be able to complete Level 3 of Stay Strong Stay Healthy.    

Classes will be held on Mondays and Thursdays for 8 consecutive weeks starting January 16th and ending March 13th. 

**NO class on Monday, January 20th for the MLK Jr. Holiday.
