Ready to take your fitness to the next level? Build on the progress you've made in Level 2 with our Stay Strong, Stay Healthy-Level 3 program! 

This class incorporates moving weight at a slightly faster pace to further enhance your strength, balance, and mobility, helping you stay active, independent, and healthy as you age.  

In our hour-long classes, held twice a week for eight weeks, you'll experience a workout that includes a warm-up, easy-to-follow strength exercises, and a cool-down. Led by trained instructors, our program focuses on functional movements that support your everyday life. 

For Level 3, we’ll introduce exercises that require you to combine a few movements at a little faster pace, adding a new challenge to further build your strength and stability. 

Please ensure you have access to similar equipment at home.

Cost: $50; $25 for additional person from same household
