  • Take your strength training further with SSSH Level 3! Move at a slightly quicker pace. Progress to more complex strength training exercises that build muscle power and coordination. Continue to enhance your strength, agility and ability to complete everyday activities.

    • Virtual $50 per individual or $75 per household (up to 2 people in the camera from the same household)
