  • Take your strength training further with SSSH Level 3! Move at a slightly quicker pace. Progress to more complex strength training exercises that build muscle power and coordination. Continue to enhance your strength, agility and ability to complete everyday activities.
  • $50 per individual or $75 per household (up to 2 people in the camera from the same household) 
  • Session Details:
    • March 26th - May 21st (Skip April 9th**)
    • Mondays and Thursdays
