Join our Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) program to build the strength you need to stay active and healthy as you age. Our hourlong classes, held twice a week for eight weeks, include a warmup, easy-to-learn strength exercises, and a cool-down led by trained instructors. We provide weights, and you only need comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. After the course, you’ll receive a guide to continue the exercises at home. Stay strong and live independently longer! Participants are asked to be able to get to and from the ground to be able to complete Level 3 of Stay Strong Stay Healthy.  

Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 8 consecutive weeks starting January 21st and ending March 13th. 

There is a $50 cost which covers all 16 sessions of the course. 

Class starts at 10:30AM in the Family Impact Center.
