Ready to take your fitness to the next level? Build on the progress you've made in Level 2 with our Stay Strong, Stay Healthy-Level 3 program! 

This class incorporates moving weight at a slightly faster pace to further enhance your strength, balance, and mobility, helping you stay active, independent, and healthy as you age. 

In our hour-long classes, held twice a week for eight weeks, you'll experience a workout that includes a warm-up, easy-to-follow strength exercises, and a cool-down. Led by trained instructors, our program focuses on functional movements that support your everyday life.  

Please ensure you have access to audio and video capabilities on the Zoom platform and have free weights, ankle weights and a mat at home.

Cost: $50; $25 for second person from same household
