Ready to take your fitness to the next level? Build on the progress you've made in Level 1 with our Stay Strong, Stay Healthy-Level 2 program! This class is designed to enhance your strength, balance, and mobility, helping you stay active, independent, and healthy as you age. In our hour-long classes, held twice a week for eight weeks, you'll experience a workout that includes a warm-up, easy-to-follow strength exercises, and a cool-down. Led by trained instructors, our program focuses on functional movements that support your everyday life.

For Level 2, we’ll introduce exercises that require you to safely move to and from the floor, adding a new challenge to further build your strength and stability. If you aren't feeling ready for moving to the floor, modifications will be provided in class. We provide a sturdy chair, weights, and mats. All you need is comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.

Plus, you'll receive an exercise guide to continue your progress outside of class, ensuring your fitness journey doesn’t stop when the class ends.  Stay strong, stay healthy, and enjoy a more active, independent lifestyle for years to come!
