Join our Stay Strong, Stay Healthy Level 2 (SSSH) program to build on the work you have done in Level 1. This course aims to continue to improve the strength you need to stay active and healthy as you age. Our hourlong classes, held twice a week for eight weeks, include a warmup, easy-to-learn strength exercises, and a cool-down led by trained instructors. For Level 2, we will also encourage you to move to and from the floor. We provide weights and mats, and you only need comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. After the course, you’ll receive a guide to continue the exercises at home. Stay strong and live independently longer!  

Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 8 consecutive weeks starting January 21st and ending March 13th. 

There is a $50 cost which covers all 16 sessions of the course.
