Ready to take your fitness to the next level? Build on the progress you've made with our Stay Strong, Stay Healthy-Level 2 program!
This class is designed to enhance your strength, balance, and mobility, helping you stay active, independent, and healthy as you age. In our hour-long classes, held twice a week for eight weeks, you'll experience a workout that includes a warm-up, easy-to-follow strength exercises, and a cool-down. Led by trained instructors, our program focuses on functional movements that support your everyday life.
For Level 2, we’ll introduce exercises that require you to safely move to and from the floor, adding a new challenge to further build your strength and stability. Please ensure you have access to hand weights and ankle weights at home.
** Class will NOT be meeting on April 8th, April 10th, April 29th and May 1st.
