Join our Virtual Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) program to build the strength you need to stay active and healthy as you age.  

In our hour-long classes, held twice a week for eight weeks, you'll experience a workout that includes a warm-up, easy-to-follow strength exercises, and a cool-down. Led by trained instructors, our program focuses on functional movements that support your everyday life.
