Join our Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) program to build the strength you need to stay active and healthy as you age. Our hourlong classes, held twice a week for eight weeks, include a warmup, easy-to-learn strength exercises, and a cool-down led by trained instructors. We encourage weights, and you only need comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.

After the course, you’ll receive a guide to continue the exercises at home. Stay strong and live independently longer!
